Standard thicknesses are 0.003" & 0.005" (0.010" & 0.020" versions are also available).
Standard adhesive is an aggressive, age resistant acrylic pressure sensitive (a rubber base adhesive
is also available).
Standard color is natural, but other colors can be developed.
FLOCKED TAPES
Standard color: Black
Standard backings: Black and salt & pepper.
Standard adhesives: An aggressive, age resistant acrylic pressure sensitive and a high tack rubber
version.

Aluminum foil laminated to glass cloth, coated with a high temperature silicone pressure sensitive
adhesive (PSA), for use near the catalytic converter and the manifold, or any other very high
temperature area. Also available with high temperature acrylic PSA for less demanding jobs.
Aluminum foil laminated to glass cloth without a pressure sensitive adhesive.
Aluminum foil, coated with either a silicone or high temperature PSA.
Thin aluminum foil laminated to polyester, coated with either a silicone or high temperature PSA.
Metalized polyimide film laminated to glass scrim, available both with and without a pressure
sensitive adhesive coating and liner.

Lamart not only has a range of specialty pressure sensitive tapes and coated and laminated products, we also offer variations on these materials. Additionally, we work closely with our customers to help them design coated or laminated flexible materials to meet their exact needs.
Lamart's minimum order requirement for modified products can be as low as 1,000 SQYD's, and our 13" lab coater is invaluable for making affordable prototypes and small trial runs.
Contract manufacturing is also welcome. Lamart has shown numerous customers how we can save them money using their materials and our wide web coating and laminating capabilities.
